About
The library is a detailed emulation of the Fender Telecaster guitar. We have invested much effort into sampling all the nuances the real instrument. Even each pickup was recorded separately, allowing the blend of the sound. Ideal for country music, mellow rock or blues.

Chord recognition with 4 tabs per type
The engine supports 33 chord types, including complex jazz and rock extensions, and recognizes them in real time from your MIDI input. Each chord comes with four different fretboard voicings, giving you variation in color and position. You can switch positions via keyswitches or by playing in different octaves. A full chord editor lets you modify or create any voicing you need and save it across sessions.
Reassignment and presets
All available controlling parameters are assignable to MIDI commands and can be stored in presets.
Responsive legato and glissando
Legato transitions like hammer-ons and pull-offs are triggered when notes overlap with natural timing. Glissando is triggered via keyswitch and adapts based on the velocity and direction of your phrase.
Flexible vibrato
You can perform vibrato manually using aftertouch, modulation wheel, or dedicated keyswitches. There’s also an LFO-based vibrato mode for automated control, with parameters for speed, depth, and delay.
FX and Noises
Natural guitar noises like pick sounds, fret movement, string release, and finger pressure are captured and layered into performance. You can adjust their volume, appearance frequency, and randomness. These noises give the impression of a live player and eliminate the mechanical feel of MIDI-driven samples. You can also disable any noise for a cleaner studio tone.
Repetition keys
Replay the last triggered note or chord. One key plays a down stroke, the other an up stroke, with subtle variation in timing, velocity, and pick noise. This allows you to simulate rhythmic comping, tremolo, or manual strumming without reprogramming full phrases. Repeats are also take into consideration a previous articulation or chord voicing.
Per-articulation volume control
Every articulation — including legato, glissando, vibrato, harmonics, and more — has an independent volume sliders. This allows to rebalance the dynamic weight of each technique to suit your playing style or mix. You can create a softer vibrato, a stronger slide, or more subtle harmonics. All changes are saved with your preset.
Pattern-based strumming engine
Strum engine includes 250+ pre-made rhythm patterns across 20 playing styles. The visual editor lets you build new patterns using articulations and single string notes in a sequencer-style grid. Each pattern supports up to 4 bars, full quantization, and dynamic control. Patterns can be chained into songs and switched live or automated via keyswitch.
Manual strumming and picking
In Strum mode, you can play any chord with a combination of chord keys and articulation keys (up/down/mute/slide/etc.). Each strum direction and style has its own key, letting you fully customize performance. You can also use string keys to simulate picking or arpeggios string-by-string. Combined with repetition keys, this makes the instrument highly playable in real time.
Song mode and style management
Create up to 20 songs, each containing 20 steps from any pattern or style. Patterns can be triggered step-by-step or sequenced using velocity-based keys. You can rename styles and patterns, and import/export full styles for reuse across projects. Song Mode is perfect for scoring, live backing tracks, or building structured arrangements directly inside Kontakt.
…and everything else you’d expect
You’ll find everything you need for a flexible and professional workflow: swing feel, latch mode, velocity randomization, chord FX, strum time control, alt bass switching, and picking mode. You can import RealGuitar patterns, customize chord detection time, or adjust the stereo field and timing for double-track parts. Every detail is built to help you shape authentic, expressive electric guitar performances — whether you’re producing radio-ready tracks, scoring films, or jamming live.
